Interchangeable Designer Textiles: The Avenue collection features custom-printed runners that are non-toxic, stain-resistant & fade-resistant. These luxurious runners can be swapped to match your evolving seasonal decor or personal style.
Artisanal Craftsmanship: Each unit undergoes a 7+ hour refinement process, including hand-filled joins and custom-painted risers, ensuring a seamless, furniture-grade finish that complements even the most luxurious Palm Beach interiors. No assembly required!
Mobility Without Compromise: Designed to mimic the human steps your pet is already used to, these stairs bridge the gap between your pet's comfort & joint health and your home's sophisticated aesthetic. (Not recommended for pets over 30 lbs).

At the heart of the Avenue Stair is our Dogs & Digs’ Stay-Put™ Captive Stair Rod System & Dual-Tension Runner Assembly.
Featuring solid 1/4" polished solid brass rods and decorative acorn finials, this system provides a Quick-Release function so you can easily remove the stair rods & your runner.
Our custom-engineered friction-fit caps allow you to "pop" the hardware off the stair rod in seconds—no screwdrivers or Allen wrenches required.
Engineered with a precise 1/3-inch safety buffer, our Stay-Put™ system eliminates the 'shuffling' and loose fabric common in traditional steps. This low-profile clearance ensures our Quick-Release hardware functions perfectly while maintaining a solid, secure climbing surface. Combined with our unique rotating rod design and high-tension Velcro, even the most adventurous paws can climb with confidence and ease.

Runners: Choice of Patterns offered in two non-slip fabrics Silken Plush (like a living room rug- softer feel) OR Luxe Grain (like a sunroom rug- best traction). Custom patterns can be made.
Stair Rods: Solid Brass
Stair Rods Acorn Finials (the decorative ends you can pop off): Solid Brass
Stair Rod fixed mounts (the loops that secure the rods): High quality carbon steel with anti-rust zinc plated surface, which offers a high level of chemical and corrosion resistance.

The Avenue Pet Stairs are not available for shipping at this time. You may select local delivery only.
We will contact you to set up delivery. Most pre-made designs can be delivered same day. If you select same-day delivery for a custom order, it can be delivered the same day it is finished. Custom orders may require 1-3 weeks time to make.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return your Avenue Stairs with proof of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or full refund.
*Returns for stairs with custom painted bases will incur a $75 restock fee.
Care Instructions:
Washing runners: Simply pop the brass rods, peel the runner off of the velcro, and hand wash the small rug to keep it looking clean and new. (Machine washing is not recommended for these high quality rugs).
Ensure end caps are firmly seated on the stair rods after every runner removal/wash.
To clean the base, wipe down with a gentle cleaner and microfiber cloth or other non-abrasive rag.
Do not submerge in water or leave outdoors. The stair base is not intended for outdoor use.
Weight Capacity: For pets up to 30 pounds.
Warning: Contains small parts. Not for use with aggressive chewers or teething puppies! Not intended for human or child use- children should not sit or climb on stairs.
